IX DAO Jobs

1.1 These Terms govern participation in Jobs. Jobs are paid tasks that require players to spend IXP to participate and may reward eligible players with USDT upon successful completion and verification.

1.2 By purchasing or participating in any Job, users confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and all applicable INFAXIA platform rules.

2.1 Participation is limited to registered and verified INFAXIA accounts only.

2.2 One account per player is strictly enforced. Multiple accounts, burner accounts, shared accounts, or account farming are strictly prohibited.

2.3 For Jobs involving social media or external platform participation, the accounts used must be owned and controlled by the participant. Third-party accounts may not be used. Accounts must be active and publicly visible where required.

2.4 Players must comply with all INFAXIA platform rules and maintain fair play and integrity at all times.

2.6 INFAXIA reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify accounts engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

3.2 Each Job has its own requirements, duration, verification process, and USDT reward amount. Only actions completed within the Job’s active period will be considered.

3.3 Fake, edited, reused, manipulated, or misleading submissions (screenshots, links, data, or proofs) are invalid.

4.1 Players are required to spend IXP to purchase or unlock a Job. The required IXP amount will be clearly displayed before purchase and is non-refundable once the Job has started.

4.2 Upon successful completion and verification of a Job, eligible players may receive USDT rewards as specified in the Job description.

4.3 USDT rewards are credited only after full completion and admin verification. Failure to meet Job requirements may result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.

4.4 INFAXIA reserves the right to modify, delay, withhold, or cancel Job rewards, including USDT distribution, due to technical issues, operational reasons, or suspected rule violations.

4.5 Players are responsible for ensuring their account details and wallet information are accurate and up to date to receive USDT rewards.

4.6 IXP used to purchase Jobs cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged for cash or other assets.

5.1 Players must not exploit bugs, loopholes, automation, or unfair methods to complete Jobs.

5.2 INFAXIA Admins actively monitor submissions, gameplay data, account activity, transaction records, and server-side logs. Admin verification takes precedence over client-side claims.

5.4 Only Admin-verified completions are eligible for USDT rewards.

6.1 INFAXIA may revise, suspend, reschedule, or discontinue any Job or these Terms at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Job mechanics, IXP costs, reward amounts, limits, and requirements may change to maintain platform integrity.

6.3 In cases of disputes, ties, multiple claims, or unclear outcomes, INFAXIA Admin decisions are final and binding.

7.1 Participation in Jobs is at the player’s own risk. INFAXIA is not responsible for losses, errors, delays, or technical issues affecting Job completion or reward distribution.

7.2 Participation in INFAXIA Jobs is a privilege, not a right. Abuse of systems will result in strict enforcement actions.

8.1 By participating, players consent to the collection and processing of their data in accordance with INFAXIA’s Privacy Policy.

9.1 By participating, players grant INFAXIA permission to use their usernames, submissions, achievements, or related content for marketing or promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which INFAXIA operates.
