IX DAO Jobs

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms govern participation in work, jobs, and participation in quests through IX and/or platforms associated with IXDAO upon acceptance, compliance and adherence.

1.2 By purchasing or participating in any Job, users confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and all applicable IXDAO platform rules.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Participation is limited to registered users of the IXDAO ecosystem only.

2.2 Only individuals who hold a valid and verified IXDAO account, in accord with the platform's onboarding process, are permitted to participate. The account used to participate must be owned solely by the participant. Shared accounts may not be used under any circumstances.

2.3 IXDAO reserves the right to disqualify any participant whose identity or account status is in question, in its sole discretion.

2.4 Participation in any IXDAO jobs or quests is permitted only in territories where such participation is legally allowed. Participants must verify their eligibility and legality of participation to access in related materials.

3. Job Categories

3.1 IXDAO may offer different types of jobs, which may include but are not limited to:

• Game Reviews
• Bug Testing
• Livestreaming
• Marketing tasks
• QA tasks

3.2 Each job type has its own guidelines, timelines, and USDT remunerations. Only active participants after the date and time of withdrawal of offer contracted.

3.3 Only official quests or positions in advertising platform materials related to the Job, can be used for entries.

4. HOW IX DAO REWARDS

4.1 Rewards are based on successful task completion to be determined in accordance with the indicated IXP value per task, displayed clearly within the app for all tasks.

4.2 IXDAO may provide additional bonuses or adjustments based on quality/skill level and/or other factors that may be disclosed in accordance.

4.3 Any rewards may be held, pending validation, to verify quality, authenticity. Users are expected to provide genuine submissions reflecting their own efforts and expertise. IXDAO reserves the right to withhold rewards for submissions that fail quality checks.

5. THE ROLE ADDITIONAL & CONDUCT

5.1 Participants may only use authentic platforms and tools to submit their work. Software, bots and automation programs and their utilization is not permitted for all tasks.

5.2 Any forms of cheating or attempting to manipulate or cheat is immediately cause for disqualification.

5.3 All tasks are subject to verification by DAO or IXDAO expert review.

6. UPDATES & CHANGES

6.1 IXDAO reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time to align with platform or industry practices.

6.2 Users will be notified of material updates via in-app or affiliated channels.

7. EXCLUSION

7.1 Employees or Contractors of the IXDAO are not eligible for participation on the program, unless an express written permission is issued, allowing the participation in a specified event based.

8. DATA POLICY

8.1 All participating players consent to the collection and processing of their data in accordance with IXDAO's Privacy Policy.

8.2 By participating, players grant IXDAO permission to use their usernames, characters, and scores to be utilized for marketing and promotional purposes, including without limitation social media and/or related communication mediums.

10. GOVERNANCE LAW

10.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which IXDAO operates, as it relates to blockchain and cryptocurrency regulations. Participants are responsible for compliance with their local jurisdiction's rules and regulations.
